Shipping.

Please allow 10-14 business days from time of purchase for delivery. 

Shipping rates are quoted in your cart (upon checkout). We offer various options and rates are based on order weight, volume, destination and delivery time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct when finalizing your order. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

Orders may be split if certain items are not available or due to production time. Some orders may be split into more than one package at no extra charge. Upon arrival, we suggest you inspect your purchase. 


Refund Policy.

We know you will love your purchase and we guarantee the quality against defects and damage. Our merchandise is custom made when ordered, we are only able to offer a replacement or refund in the case where items received are damaged or defective.

In the case of a defect or damage, please retain the item and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@telluridetheatre.org. Please document the damage with a photo and attach it to your initial email. Once we receive your email and the damage is inspected, we will notify you if it is approved. If you are approved, then we will send a replacement item or refund you in full (depending on your choice). If a refund is chosen, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few business days depending on your provider.

As all of our items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges on products.  Please order with care. Read the size guide on each product page carefully before purchasing and choose the correct size for you.
